Babies crying; teenagers making noise to aggravate people.
Not long ago we went to the movie there. It was a bad experience. Babies were crying. I guess some parents think it is their right to do this. What I do not understand is that the management there would do NOTHING about it! Teenagers were making noise it seems just to aggravate others. And still noting was done. They said they paid just like we did.
Now movie theaters are fighting to prevent the release of first run movies. I hope they loose. Movie theaters stopped caring about customers long ago.
Simply Good. This is a movie theater I've been going to for many years. I've never had any problems and the theater is kept up nicely. Im surprised that some of the other veiwers rated it so poorly. This is truly a "simply good" theater.
Never had any trouble, really.. I have been to this movie theater many times, seeing countless number of movies. I have never experienced anything like the two other reviews have mentioned. Service is always helpful and prompt, and usually well-coordinated. There is the occasional flicker on the screen, but nothing major, just the occasional black spot in the corner, nothing that will utterly destroy your experience. I think's unfair to base a movie theater wholly on one thing that had happened to you there, especially when it seems as if it's a rather rare occurrence. Nothing like that had ever occurred to me in the seven years of me going there.
Manchester Stadium 14 Theater. I took 4 of my grandchildren to see a movie today to the Manchester Regal in Rock Hill SC. I purchased 1 Bucket of Popcorn for $8.00 for my grands to share and ordered 3 small cups of water and 1 small lemonade. I was charged $4.00 for each of the 4 small cups. 3 of which were water. I think that is horrible. I had already paid $7.00 per ticket to see the movie for the 5 of us.
Not what we paid for. I took my family to see "Charlie Wilson's War" on Christmas Day. The wrong movie was screened. Instead, they started the movie "Alvin and the chipmunks"....not what we had gone to see! The management was told that the wrong movie was being screened but nothing was done about it. Finally another customer came back into the theater and announced that they were not changing the movie. We returned to the ticket counter and got our money back. I felt they could have stopped the chipmunk movie and started the one we had all paid to see instead of having the chaos of an entire theater full of people getting their money back.
