With coffee shops so ubiquitous that they sell Starbucks at the Harris Teeter, tea shops offer caffeine aficionados a chance to pour something different into their commuter mugs. Of course, they can't have tea without a cookie or muffin--and there are plenty of fresh, tasty ones to choose from behind the glass here.
