Horrible Customer Service.
I have been to the Quail Corners and Dilworth community location and have experienced bath customer service at both locations. You guys seriously need to step it up!!!! I wont reccomend them to anyone, will gladly spend the extra money and go to starbucks..

Best Coffee In Charlotte!.
Not sure what the last reviewer had stuck up his brewery cause Dilworth Coffee rocks! The prices are competitive if not better than Starbucks and Caribou and the WI-FI is totally free! I've been going to Dilworth Coffee for over 10 years and I love the neighborhood feel, plus the coffee is outstanding! Not to mention, the beans are locally roasted right in Charlotte's Southend neighborhood.

Avoid if good customer service means anything to you.
Sorry, but 3 strikes and you're out in my book. I want to like this cute place so bad but I am done with it. The customer service is barely mediocre at best and done right rude on my last trip. I worked in an indie coffee shop for 3 years while in college and never did I treat the customers like those people do. They need some lessons from the Park Rd. location, which has always been spectacular. The prices are well above Starbuck's and Caribou, so I'll gladly make the the 3-block trip just for some eye contact and a smile... especially for a superfluous purchase as a cup of coffee.

Great specialty brews, and a place to buy in bulk if you need some beans to go..
The Scene
Forget Starbucks. Forget Caribou. Dilworth Coffee House serves up one steamin'-good cup of java, and it does so in a cozy space with local flavor. Like any coffeehouse, this is a great place to relax with a cup of joe, enjoy a newspaper or the new novel you can't wait to dive into, or just observe the people around you.
The delicious aroma of coffee will tempt you to linger--most of one wall is lined with cabinets filled with coffee beans waiting to be ground. In addition to coffee, the shop offers a large selection of teas and iced drinks. Try a flavored frappe for a real treat.
Hometown Heroes
This locally owned coffeehouse has gained recognition with Charlotte coffee lovers and beyond. It has appeared in at least two java-lovers guides, including "The 100 Best Coffeehouses in America." Dilworth Coffee House also features local acoustic musicians on selected weekends.
