Best Coffee In Charlotte!. Not sure what the last reviewer had stuck up his brewery cause Dilworth Coffee rocks! The prices are competitive if not better than Starbucks and Caribou and the WI-FI is totally free! I've been going to Dilworth Coffee for over 10 years and I love the neighborhood feel, plus the coffee is outstanding! Avoid if good customer service means anything to you. Sorry, but 3 strikes and you're out in my book. I want to like this cute place so bad but I am done with it. The customer service is barely mediocre at best and done right rude on my last trip. I worked in an indie coffee shop for 3 years while in college and never did I treat the customers like those people do. They need some lessons from the Park Rd. location, which has always been spectacular. The prices are well above Starbuck's and Caribou, so I'll gladly make the the 3-block trip just for some eye contact and a smile... especially for a superfluous purchase as a cup of coffee.…
