ballantyne only. this location is the friendliest by far. we would take the kids to the carmel road location for after school events and sunday afternoons until we got feed up with the lack of quality and service. there are never enough employees and the managers are all miserable. what a shame they have taken a great concept and turned it into super subway.

Great concept. Every location I have visited in Charlotte has been consistently good. Wide menu, table delivery, and free wi-fi access. And some of the best sweet tea around. They are always clean and well maintained.

Great spuds, great service. Every kind of spud known to man is probably on this menu. Good for groups or kids. Can eat in or take out. Every time I've visited this location the service was great.
