In Short
A favorite spot for walking, jogging and skating, the park is close enough to most offices to make it a convenient spot for even the shortest lunch hours. Full of dogwoods and other blossoms, the park's landscape is on many a Charlotte postcard. Each spring, the park's trails are loaded with wild flowers. The Monument of Valor in the park pays tribute to veterans.
